1. Artistic Integrity & IP

Every digital representation of Adire, Batik, or Sculpture on this Hub remains the intellectual property of the individual Artisan and Indigo Art Hub. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of these images for commercial use is strictly prohibited under Nigerian and International Copyright Law.

2. Data Privacy

We respect the "Silent Record." Artisan data and collector inquiries are encrypted and never sold to third parties. We only collect the information necessary to facilitate the bridge between Osogbo and the world.

3. Commission Security

All bespoke commissions initiated through the Hub are subject to a verified vetting process to ensure both the Artisan is fairly compensated and the Collector receives a masterpiece of the highest standard.
